B-E-F-O-R-E
Last week I finished a project in collaboration with The Decorlogist , who asked me to use my paint and a little magic to transform this rock fireplace. The orangey hues of the rock were definitely not working for this casual cottage chic client with a particular affinity for blues, gray and healthy doses of white. So we chose Benjamin Moore’s River Reflections, Apparition and Cloud White for the fireplace to insert a whole new color scheme into this living room. Of course, Kristie (aka, The Decorologist) has not finished waving her magic wand over this room. The walls will soon transform to pale blue with a sprinkling of gorgeous shades of white slipcovered furniture. I hope she shares the finished photos with us. Imagine the lovely white Christmas that will encircle this color appropriate fireplace wall this year!
But for today, be encouraged that there is very little that can’t be altered with paint.
